The planes are comfortable. Meals ate good. It is very hard to contacts any one from Nippon Airlines for an answer.

ANA will not let me change flight.

My flight is 1 month in advance and ANA will not let me change the flight to something that cost the same amount. After sitting on hold for 3 hours and getting told that the correct phone number is a different number I then have to call another number and sit on hold for another hour just to talk to a real human.

After asking if I can switch my flight they told me it is not possible because it is after my 24 hour booking period. This is terrible customer service the flights cost the same amount as I just checked online so what are they losing by switching a customer to a similar flight that have a 6 hours apart departure difference. They lost nothing but a customer I will never fly this airline again in my life.

If you want to cancel a flight have fun paying a fee that cost 50% of the flight. The only thing that is not terrible about this airline is the staff, but they are all Japanese which is the reason why the staff are amazing not from the culture of the company.

The hotline is useless, i called so many times waited for an hr plus but still no ans. They do not have a rep office in town for us to seek help from, which is ridiculous. Anyhow change flight without taking into consideration of the airports i come from.

The reason I read it, you so low is I was transferred from the US to Japan and the agent I spoke to you I could not understand. I am hard of hearing, and she talks so softly I ask her to speak up, but she spoke to softly, I could understand anything she was saying, so I hung up.
